Michaela Coel’s dramedy quietly premiered on HBO Max last month and has slowly become the must-watch TV event of the summer—and possibly the year. Starring, written and created by Coel,follows a young woman rebuilding her life after getting drugged during a night out partying with friends. The series explores topics of race, consent, and assault through the lens of millennial life in London, and it’s not too late to catch up so you can catch new episodes every Sunday night through August.
