The three-day festival takes place in Harrisburg's Riverfront Park over Memorial Day weekend.

About 25 food trucks and vendors will be selling an array of festival favorites, including empanadas, milkshakes, ribs, wok-fried noodles, artisan hot dogs, stuffed soft pretzels, dumplings, and funnel cakes.and artisans, a community art installation, live music, Kidsfest and, of course, food. A beer and wine garden will be open at State Street with offerings from local breweries, wineries and alcohol-infused ice cream.
Street parking is free on May 26-27, and is free after 5 p.m. on Saturday, May 25 in the downtown parking district. Visitors using the Parkmobile app can also get 4 free hours of parking using the code LUVHBG on Saturday.: Empanadas: Beyond beef vegetarian, chicken & cheese, beef & cheese and cheesesteak. Dessert empanadas: Oreo and apple cobbler. Wings: BBQ jerk, mumbo. Buffalo, fried catfish strips and Cajun fish tacos.
