Parklife 2024 returns to Heaton Park this weekend
In just a few days time tens of thousands of beaming fans will be making their way to this year's Parklife Festival . An annual treat for the people of Manchester and beyond, the metropolitan fest will be taking place on the weekend from June 8 to 9.
80,000 people are expected to hit the luscious lawn that is Heaton Park where they will see some of their music heroes. With a strong line-up already, which includes the likes of Doja Cat, Sugababes, Kaytranada, Mahalia, Peggy Gou, Disclosure, Manchester's own, Children of Zeus, Rudimental and many more.
For those who are attending this year's festival they can use the Parklife Shuttle Bus service as well as the Metrolink. There is also the option to walk, get dropped off and use taxi's.On Saturday, gates to the festival site open at 11am, while on Sunday, it’s a 12pm start. The last entry to Heaton Park will be 5pm, and festival-goers are advised to arrive in good time, re-entry is also not allowed.There are four public entry and exit gates into Parklife.
It’s worth keeping in mind that Parklife operates as a cashless festival in order to speed up service and reduce queue times.
