This would affect not only pregnant women but also doctors, friends, volunteers, family, and those involved in a pregnancy that doesn’t end in a healthy birth.

It is no surprise that considering the recent rulings, confidence in the Supreme Court has sunk to an all-time low. To restore the Court’s credibility, preserve judicial norms, and protect our country’s democracy, the Supreme Court needs reform through legislative action.
