We are now in a time of not just unsafe abortion but also state surveillance.
This would affect not only pregnant women but also doctors, friends, volunteers, family, and those involved in a pregnancy that doesn’t end in a healthy birth.
. This includes same-sex marriage, interracial marriage, the right to birth control and contraceptives, etc.
It is no surprise that considering the recent rulings, confidence in the Supreme Court has sunk to an all-time low. To restore the Court’s credibility, preserve judicial norms, and protect our country’s democracy, the Supreme Court needs reform through legislative action.
