Alabama basketball coach Nate Oats lamented the way his team played in the second half defensively against Memphis in an exhibition game.
The Tigers scored 14 points in the first 3.5 minutes after the break. It didn’t end up mattering ultimately for the final result as No. 2“I didn’t think our mentality was right coming out of the half, which is a little disappointing,” Oats said. “A little immature.”
Memphis scored 59 points after halftime. The Tigers shot 19-37 overall and grabbed 14 offensive rebounds in the second half.
