In that same vein, Harris – and the entire DNC – must make it a priority to show the country that they do not tolerate, let alone encourage, the chaos many have predicted will unfold in Chicago. and the anti-Israel protests that have followed, fears of repeating their party’s disastrous 1968 convention have been a major cause for concern among Democrats, particularly as progressive opposition to U.S. support for Israel has intensified.
