Photo: Scott Heins Over the weekend, as part of its Irishman promo efforts, Netflix took over parts of Little Italy, “de-aging” the neighborhood to a version of itself from 1975, stocking the neighborhood with vintage newspapers, plenty of cannoli, and a vintage Chevy Bel Air.
