Though it hasn’t been confirmed, rumor has it that Adele followed something called the Sirtfood Diet, which seems to have originated in a UK gym. The diet claims to be a “simple, healthy way of eating”, but let’s take a closer look. The first week of the diet involves drinking three green juices and eating up to two meals a day. During the next two weeks, you eat three meals a day and drink one green juice. You're supposed to follow the recipes in the book, which are rich in sirtfoods.
