What is 'Medical Tourism'?
Four Americans go south of the border to Mexico to get cosmetic surgeries, and they're kidnapped. Two of them end up dead, another wounded. This just highlights something that has gone on for years. It also shows a risk to doing something called"Medical Tourism."
