, sporting fans will have to contend with wet weather before two major rugby league events kicking off in Brisbane.
“It’s going to be more of a hit-or-miss affair, rather than what we saw today, which was more of a hit.”The showers could stick around tomorrow for the start of the NRL Magic Round, also at Suncorp Stadium, which will see the Canberra Raiders and Canterbury Bulldogs face off, followed by the Manly Sea Eagles and Brisbane Broncos.
“But come Sunday, conditions will be much cooler. We’re going to have a fine, sunny end to the weekend, with cool, crisp mornings.”
