A woman accused of running over and killing a man lying in the road in West Valley City last year is now facing criminal charges accusing her of driving while under the influence.

WEST VALLEY CITY —

Prior to the crash, another woman said she was also driving on 4000 West when she saw White "laying in the fetal position in the middle of the roadway with his hands under his head like he was sleeping," the charges state.
