The incident occurred at 12:05 a.m. SAPD and the San Antonio Fire Department responded to the scene after a witness spotted the bleeding victim walking towards a hotel on the other side of West Military Drive, where responding officers eventually located him. Emergency Medical Services discovered the man had suffered a graze wound across the top of his head. The man was transported to University Hospital in stable condition. Police said the victim offered few details about the incident.
He told officers only that someone shot him while he was walking under the bridge. Live Oak police are asking for the public’s help to identify a young child found alone near a local school, and locate his parents.
