"Amazing" nurses and midwives from West Herts NHS were invited guests as Geri Halliwell-Horner celebrated the launch of her new novel at the Tower of London.
The 51-year-old, who shot to fame in the 1990s as Ginger Spice in the girl group, was born at Watford General Hospital and contacted the hospitals’ charity Raise to invite the nurses and midwives to the event, at which guests were treated to a private tour of the grounds by the Tower’s Yeoman Warders.
Rosie begins an epic adventure on the island, encounters endangered animals, confronts a group of mean girls, and uncovers shocking family secrets she wishes had stayed hidden.Geri said: “I feel so honoured to be able to celebrate my new novel Rosie Frost and The Falcon Queen with everyone here tonight at the Tower of London.
