The rally by Beechmount Residents Collective was attended by local residents and political representatives

A West Belfast community held an anti-racism rally on Monday evening in order to show its support for local residents with the message that"nobody should live in fear".

It was atended by members of the Beechmount community alongside political representatives for the area and community organisations who are eager to stamp out racism.Sean Duffy of the Beechmount Residents Collective said:"BRC held a community solidarity rally in support of everyone in this community, who has fallen victim to anti-community behavior and racism

"On all these issues we have set up a detached team to go on the ground and engage and talk to our youth and Residents to make that positive change
