‘MINDSETS’ festival, a brand-new wellness festival which is heading for the Barra Art and Design Centre in the city's east end places both mental and physical wellbeing.
A brand-new wellness festival is heading for Glasgow this weekend, with collaboration and both mental and physical wellbeing at the forefront of its message and mission. 'MINDSETS’ festival will be held at the Barra Art and Design Centre in the East End on Sunday, November 20.
The festival will be supported by the global athletic wear brand lululemon and the male mental health charity, Movember. With Live workouts, yoga, meditation, Brazilian jiu-jitsu, cold water therapy, DJ sets, a food truck, barbers, 12 market stalls from local wellbeing and drinks businesses, a surprise performance and a nighttime after party location, it's sure to be a big hit with guests.
