Good morning, Central Ohio ! After a whirlwind of a Friday, the winds will be calmer today. We will start the morning with plenty of sun before the clouds roll in. Highs will climb into the upper 40s.MONDAY: Rain/snow showers.
Breezy. Mostly cloudy skies. High: 52 Clouds persist tonight with overnight lows in the low 40s. It will be a warmer end to the weekend ahead of a cold front. Highs will soar into the low 70s. However, winds will increase to 15-20 mph. A narrow band of rain showers and thunderstorms arrives overnight and early Monday morning. Storms should weaken as they move east; however, an isolated strong thunderstorm cannot be ruled out in West Ohio. The Storm Prediction Center has a Marginal Risk for Central Ohio. The main threat will be damaging winds.Behind the front, temperatures will plummet. Moisture wrapped around the low-pressure system in the Great Lakes will produce spotty light snow/flurries. Little to no accumulation is expected. It will be colder on Tuesday with highs only in the upper 20s.
