Temperatures may drop into the single digits Wednesday night into Thursday morning, followed by a potential snowstorm Friday night into Saturday.
At this point, based on the latest trends of guidance models and active storm patterns, DiMartino believes it’s looking likely for snow in interior sections of New Jersey and eastern Pennsylvania Friday night into early Saturday. But, in a, he said it’s a very tough call for areas along the I-95 corridor and east of that.
Forecasters from AccuWeather say if the weekend storm follows this general track, it would likely bring substantial snow to the New Jersey region.Other models, however, are projecting a track that would keep the storm farther out in the Atlantic, which would favor light snow or possibly nothing for New Jersey and most of the Mid-Atlantic region.
