The most interesting college football team in the country could very well be a Pac-12 school in the Mountain time zone that’s on its way to the Big 12 next year and has a budding two-way star.Utah doesn’t usually draw the most attention in its own league, let alone nationally, so it shouldn’t be too surprising the Utes navigated the first half of the season without much scrutiny.
