The Big Brother 25 live feeds revealed that Jared won the week 5 HOH competition. Jared is fiercely loyal to his mother, Cirie Fields, and his showmance, Blue Kim, so they are guaranteed safety this week. Jared's target seems to be Cameron, especially because Cameron nominated Blue the previous week. Cameron's close ally, Red Utley, is also a possibility for eviction.
The activation of the Big Brother 25 Power of Invincibility was shocking, especially since Matt won it, but used it to save Jag. Although he probably should've kept it to use as a safety net this week, it seems that the risk he took paid off because he's not Jared's target as of now. The moment that Jag was saved was truly stunning, and reminded the houseguests that they should always expect the unexpected.
It's a shame that Cameron's near-record-breaking win in the Big Brother 25 Pressure Cooker was essentially erased by the Power of Invincibility since the eviction was canceled. Not only that, but now Cameron might go home. If he won the Power of Veto, it would be yet another power shift in the house that would be thrilling to watch. Big Brother 25 week 5 is sure to be a rollercoaster, and it's only just getting started.
