WeeCare now makes it easy for employers to offer“That’s where I got the full sense of what was wrong,” Chang explains. “The childcare industry is run by 97% females. A lot of times, they are the owner, the director, the administrator and the teacher. That’s a lot of stuff that they need to do, and they need a lot of help on the operations piece. Also, it’s one of the industries that gets paid the least amount of money.
“How they handled the pandemic, to me said, ‘this is a team that moves quickly, responds to the information that the market is showing them and also is able to see the bigger opportunity,’ Barber comments.
Figure out what the missing piece is before pivoting. If you have a business, talk to your customers. Understand what aspect of your platform or service that needs modification.
