PETALING JAYA: Transport Minister Datuk Seri Dr Wee Ka Siong believes the new Cabinet announced by Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin will put the country back on track.
Thanking the Prime Minister, the MCA president said that;"This appointment is also a show of appreciation and trust to MCA, the party's leadership and all MCA members nationwide.
"MCA, as a Chinese race-based party that fights for the rights of all Malaysians, will continue to uphold the values of inclusiveness, moderation and diversity. "It is hoped that with the formation of this new government under the leadership of the Prime Minister, Malaysia will return back to the right track and we will no longer be trapped with political conflicts that damages the country and its people," he said in a Facebook post on Monday .Also named in the Cabinet is Datuk Seri Dr Wee Jeck Seng
, who is the Deputy Primary Industries and Commodities Minister 1 under minister Dr Mohd Khairuddin Aman Razali, while Willie Mongin is the other deputy minister.
