Darnell Greene Jr. has filed a $10 million lawsuit against the Saints star in Orleans Parish Civil District Court
against the Saints star in Orleans Parish Civil District Court. Greene’s attorney, Tony Buzbee, responded Saturday to a request for comment on the video saying:
“There are several videos that exist, from different angles both before and after the assault. Our team hasn’t released any videos as of yet and are unaware as to how TMZ acquired the particular video that was released. It does appear that the video TMZ released is indeed authentic. As seen in the video, Mr. Greene was attacked and beaten without provocation. Worse, Mr. Kamara bragged and laughed about his conduct after the fact. We have that on video as well.
Kamara has not yet faced discipline from the NFL over the incident. He is expected to play for the Saints against the Baltimore Ravens on Monday night, in a game from Caesars Superdome that will be televised on Fox 8.
