The South African Weather Service say several provinces will see significant widespread rainfall until atleast Christmas.
The South African Weather Service has issued a rainfall warning for six provinces leading up to Christmas.
Following an intense and prolonged heatwave that lasted over two weeks, many areas of the country are now experiencing cooler temperatures.The SAWS warned that several provinces will see significant widespread rainfall until next week. With Christmas just a few days away, the weather service issued a yellow level 4 warning for disruptive rain in Gauteng, Limpopo and Mpumalanga which is also valid from Saturday, 21 December until Sunday, 22 December.
