Umbrellas at the ready - it's set to be another wet weekend
It's as though the UK had the best of its summer early this year. June's heatwave and sunshine disappeared as fast as it arrived, with showers taking its place instead.

And we hate to be the bearer of bad news, but the rain isn't due to ease up anytime soon either.Today will be mostly dry but overcast - make the most of it, as the weekend will be wet. A spell of light rain is forecast between 6pm and 8pm. More rain showers are forecast from around 6am tomorrow. They'll let up from 9am but will return from lunchtime, continuing until 9pm.Light showers start at 10am and they're due to continue throughout the day, turning heavy from 4pm and carrying on until 7am on Monday morning.Temperatures will peak at 19C with lows of 15C.
Heading into next week, the Met Office described Monday and Tuesday's weather as 'changeable' with 'further showers and often rather breezy.'
