From 4 p.m. Thursday, our high will be around 70° to sunrise Saturday; we should be in the low 20s. That is about a 50° drop in actual air temperatures. Factor in the wind chill, and we will see a +55° drop. Wind Chill Advisories may be posted as our “feel-like” temperatures will be in the teens Saturday morning. Expectations are that inland Saturday morning wind chills may start in the low teens Brutal.
We won’t see the coldest Christmas ever, but we will likely see the third coldest Christmas in the past 151 years!
