“People have taken books to foreign countries in their suitcases one person took books to Belize, and a person is in like to take books to the Philippines,” Treasury of Bright Lights Book Project Pete Praetorius explained. The group is concerned that something like this may happen again in the future, but they say that won’t stop them from bringing books to the masses.“We shouldn’t stop trying to make things happen here in Alaska,” Pretorius said.
