If you're walking past, you're a fool 🤠

Down on Morecambe Promenade is a man with a cart and a parasol. His name is Pete and he's serving up Morecambe Bay Chowder in a bid to celebrate the food of the bay.

Beneath the cart's parasol is Pete who is ready to serve you up with whatever sized bowl your heart desires. When we got there, the catch of the day was Haddock and Morecambe Bay Shrimp. A small bowl costs £4.50, medium £6, large £8 and the signature - in a bread bowl - costs £10.50. I added Morecambe Bay Shrimps to my BayChowder bowl and it came to £7 overall. I sat on the wall to eat it and took in the view as I geared up to dunk my anchor biscuit beneath the shrimpy soup.
