When will Anakin appear in Ahsoka?

After years of speculation, an Ahsoka teaser trailer confirmed Hayden Christensen will reprise his role as Anakin on the show. Christensen’s dialogue in the Ahsoka teaser reveals a Clone Wars-era Anakin training Ahsoka, although no images from this scene have been shown.
A popular Star Wars theory regarding the Ahsoka show is that Anakin Skywalker’s Force ghost would appear to Ahsoka Tano. While this could still be on the cards, the only confirmed Hayden Christensen Anakin scene in Ahsoka so far seems to be a flashback set during the Clone Wars. In which Ahsoka episode Anakin Skywalker will appear is unknown, but it all points to Ahsoka episode 5.
Dave Filoni Is Directing Ahsoka Episode 5 Dave Filoni is an executive producer and writer on Ahsoka, but he is also directing two episodes of the show. Filoni, whose live-action directorial debut happened in The Mandalorian season 2’s “The Jedi,” directed Ahsoka’s episodes 1 and 5. Dave Filoni co-created Ashoka Tano with George Lucas for Star Wars: The Clone Wars and went on to work on hundreds of episodes featuring Anakin Skywalker’s Padawan.
Filoni’s involvement in the Ahsoka show goes beyond the episodes he is directing. However, the two Ahsoka episodes directed by Filoni hold a special meaning to both the filmmaker and Ahsoka Tano’s character. The majority of Ahsoka's Star Wars history comes from episodes written, directed, or produced by Filoni, which makes their “reunion” in Ahsoka very meaningful.
Rosario Dawson Has Said Ahsoka Episode 5 Was The Most Exciting The fact that Dave Filoni is directing Ahsoka episode 5 is not the only piece of evidence suggesting that this is the episode Hayden Christensen returns as Anakin Skywalker. During an interview with Collider at Star Wars Celebration 2023, Rosario Dawson was asked about her favorite Ahsoka episode. While Dawson did not actually say a number, the star waved her hand at the camera several times, as if her answer was “episode 5.
