In recent weeks a new guest house for the street has been given the green light, seeing residents raise concerns matters will only get worse. Neighbour Justine Laws told the council meeting that there is a "strong odour of drugs" at both night and day.street - including 32 violent or sexual assaults, as well as 22 cases of criminal damage and arson.We enjoy working here and our doors are open to everyone.One local businessman, who did not want to be named, said he had lived and worked on Folkestone Road trouble-free for nearly three decades.
