ANCHORAGE, Alaska - Former President Donald Trump made several references to the Arctic National Wildlife Refuge at a town hall on Tuesday in Michigan.
“We would have been now having so much money coming out of the energy, we just have the best, we have Bagram in Alaska,” Trump said. “They say it might be as big, it might be bigger than all of Saudi Arabia. I got it approved. Ronald Reagan couldn’t do it. Nobody could do it. I got it done.”Trump’s comment on Alaska followed a critique of another action Biden took after taking office — the swift removal of U.S. troops from Afghanistan.
