Cameras captured Harry kissing Meghan on her forehead while the two stopped at the National Centre for the Arts in Bogotá. While the two watched a performance, he placed a hand on her knee, doubling up on the royal PDA.notes that while they were touring schools on their first day in the South American country, they also held hands several times, offering plenty of super-sweet moments for eagle-eyed royal fans.
"While Prince Harry and Meghan holding hands is atypical for royal engagements, it is a seemingly welcomed gesture to show unity and celebration of their engagement period," etiquette expert Myka Meier in 2017, when Markle and Harry were seen holding hands in Nottingham, England, right after they announced their engagement."There is no protocol that says they can not show affection on official engagements, and this gesture makes them relatable and lovable to the public.
