Community Safety MEC, Alan Winde has outlined the province's plan of action and central to their demands is proper allocation of policing resources.
Winde complained of small staff complements and refusal of the national government to answer requests for priority or acknowledge receipt of the letters and other communication."Crime is the responsibility of the national government.
Crime is the responsibility of the ANC in this country, and it's run out of Pretoria and that is why we are putting the pressure on by declaring this dispute," Winde declared.
