Western Cape Premier Alan Winde is adamant the province should be moved to Level 3 lockdown, saying some parts should be on Level 1
can not be attributed to the testing rate in the province.
The Western Cape has conducted 47 percent of the tests nationally and 33 percent of tests have been done in Gauteng.
