The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office Recreational Safety Division, will be offering the N.Y. State Snowmobile Safety Course.The course is open to youth operators

The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office Recreational Safety Division is offering the New York state snowmobile safety course.

The course is open to youth operators and is required for anyone age 10-18 who wishes to operate on public trails. The course will be Nov. 4 at Casey Park, 6551 Knickerbocker Road, in Ontario. The training will start at 8:30 a.m. and end at about 4:30 p.m. Reservations can be made online. Those attending need to bring a pen and lunch. A parent or guardian signature is required.
