This allegedly included “numerous” threatening text messages, voicemails and letters, according to court documents.
The charge alleges that the 24-year-old knew or ought to have known his conduct would cause fear of violence.Elliot Belsham, 35, from Watford, has been charged with robbery, being drunk and disorderly in a public place, public nuisance, and common assault. He appeared at Hatfield Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday , where he was remanded in custody ahead of his next court appearance. More information
