A massive Palm Beach mansion is in contract to be sold for over $100 million, which would set a record for the most expensive single-family home sale in the wealthy Florida town, according to people familiar with the deal.

The property, known as La Follia, came on the market in October 2018 seeking $135 million. The current record was set in 2008 by the $95 million sale of President Donald Trump’s Palm Beach home to Russian billionaire Dmitry Rybolovlev, The Wall Street Journal reported.
