Solomon Galligan was arrested this month after police said he tried to grab a child at Black Forest Hills Elementary School.The incident happened April 19 during fifth grade recess at Black Forest Hills Elementary School on Glasgow Drive in southeast Aurora. Police said a man was outside on school property, walking up to children. Police said it appeared the man"attempted to grab a young boy at one point.
