The conversation will be moderated by"Squawk Box" co-anchor Andrew Ross Sorkin. Wells Fargo's Sloan took over as CEO in October 2016, guiding the bank through the aftermath of sales scandals that have resulted in more than $2 billion in fines, and growth restrictions imposed by the Federal Reserve.

Banga has led Mastercard as CEO since 2010. This week, the payment processor announced it was a partner in the new Apple credit card. Mastercard also announced this week that it would invest almost $300 million in the London initial public offering of Dubai-based payments processor Network International.
