Musk estimated a 50% chance that the launch will succeed, during an interview at the Morgan Stanley Conference on March 7, hinting that the rocket maySpaceX plans to attempt the launch and see what happens on Thursday, during a launch window from 8:28 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. Central Time.
