If you want to know what 25 years of the Good Friday Agreement has achieved have a look - and a listen - to five parties standing side-by-side condemning the brutal attack on Detective Chief Inspector John Caldwell. We cannot know what - if anything - was in the minds of the terrorists who gunned him down in Omagh on Wednesday night.
