Myles Garrett doesn’t remember what precipitated losing control of his Porsche Monday afternoon and flipping it several times on his way home to Medina a few hours after practice, according to video.
Garrett and his passenger, Yiana Tjotjos, 23, of Rocky River, were taken to a nearby hospital with non-life threatening injuries, and released later that night.
There’s no mention by Garrett, who’s tentatively set to address the media on Friday, of swerving to avoid an animal, which NFL Network reported was the case. A witness told police when they arrived at the scene that “they came over the hill flyin’, went airborne, took the fire hydrant out and rolled three times.”Garrett said he didn’t recall if something may have caused him to lose control.
