In a video, which has since gone viral on social media, five men can be seen attempting to rob the victim or hijack his white SUV in the Klerksdorp CBD.Police spokesperson Adel Myburgh says there is no case docket as the victim refused to lay charges.
"In a similar incident that occurred in May, the complainant also refused to open a case even though the suspects, who allegedly robbed him, were identified."
