TikTok user @brucexgal was filming the sunset in Cape Town when loadshedding decided to steal the show, leaving watchers with a unified “yoh”.
In the video the power cut steals all the visible lights from homes, creating an epic and humourous sunset session. One user even commented, “I was expecting the sun to turn off too.”The user confessed that the plan wasn’t even to capture loadshedding in action, but rather that she was just filming the sunset when she caught the moment the city went dark on camera.
