Varadkar met with Biden in the Oval Office on Friday after having breakfast with Vice President Kamala Harris, her husband, Doug Emhoff, and Varadkar's partner, Matthew Barrett.
The Irish leader visiting the White House on St. Patrick's Day is a cherished presidential tradition conducted to promote strong U.S.-Ireland ties.
