The independent investigation into the Robb Elementary School shooting is not scheduled to be addressed by the council, but families of victims and survivors have said they will not be letting this go.in Uvalde, former Mayor Smith asked the families to give him more time with the independent investigation conducted by Austin-area investigator Jesse Prado.
