The clip shows Khloé about to get her piercing and questioning whether she wants to go through with it. As the piercer goes to put the clamp on her ear, she backs away, saying, "I don't know if I can do this." "Don't even think about it," Kylie responds as she reaches for her sisters hands. "Get out of your head." She also adds, "You got this."
