On Instagram, Wednesday, the Kapuso star shared a video of their quick trip to Singapore, where they enjoyed scrumptious meals and fancy drinks. They were celebrating Dominic's birthday and their engagement, but Dom was seen taking special care of Bea! "Our trip was short but one of the most unforgettable.
