The minibus taxi industry in Cape Town says it's fighting a losing battle against law enforcement.
More than 120 of their vehicles have been impounded and some taxi owners don't have the money to pay for their release. Santaco in the province believes taxi operators are being unfairly targeted. eNCA’s Ronald Masinda reports.
