Breaking local news in Boksburg
Two months ago, Caxton Local Media set South African schools a challenge: Sing your war cry and support the Springboks as they go for Rugby World Cup glory.
Bok-fever has been at an all-time high since Jeppe High School for Boys kicked off the challenge on August 7. Since then, schools countrywide – from Springs in Gauteng to the South Coast of KZN – have shown their support. It is simple: Do your war cry, post the video on TikTok and use #StrongerTogether, #Caxton4Bokke and your school’s hashtags.@highvelder Ermelo English Primary supporting the Springboks ! #SAMA28 #ammabokobok #caxton4bokke #highveldernews #highveldernewspaper #bokfriday ♬ original sound - Biervrou 🍺🍺
