Watch as Scots pub goers belt out moving Olivia Newton-John tribute to late Grease star
The moment punters at Scots bar belted out a sing song tribute to the late Dame Olivia Newton-John has been caught on camera after her death was announced. Customers at The Horseshoe Bar in Glasgow joined in for an impromptu rendition of the Grease smash hit Hopelessly Devoted To You in honour of the 73-year-old.
Her husband John Easterling announced her sad passing after a 30 year battle with breast cancer yesterday evening. In a statement, he said: “Dame Olivia Newton-John passed away peacefully at her Ranch in Southern California this morning, surrounded by family and friends. “Her healing inspiration and pioneering experience with plant medicine continues with the Olivia Newton-John Foundation Fund, dedicated to researching plant medicine and cancer. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that any donations be made in her memory to the Olivia Newton-John Foundation Fund .”
